Blue Thunder Ext. Modem

I wasn't actually planning to write anything about this modem but since my homepage is referred to by some Search Engines for the phrase Blue Thunder Modem driver, I think it's okay for me to come out with this article and hopefully point someone in the right direction.

While I am writing about this modem, I must say that I never really had any problems using this modem since the day I bought it. Although sometimes it disconnects often, I suspect it's the phone line and not really a problem of the modem.

I must also add that I am eager to know what V.92 ready means? I read it up but from what I understand it means that if my ISP upgrades to this standard, I don't have to buy a new modem and my Blue Thunder Ext. Modem will continue working well? I really hope so...

I don't believe that even after 8 months, I still don't know how to use the modem as a speaker phone! I enjoyed very much using my old (Acer) MP32 combo card as one using SuperVoice but no such luck with this modem.

Any suggestions?
